    It’s often recommended to start with Fall Proof Home to create a safer environment. This can be done pretty quickly but there is a lot of content. Be careful spending too much time in Fall Proof Home though before moving to Fall Proof Body. It’s important to get started quickly with Fall Proof Body because it takes more time for your balance to improve. Remember, your balance goes with you wherever you go, so the more you can improve your balance, you will be safer in all areas of life. Most of your attention should be directed toward Fall Proof Body.

    How do I access the course?

    After purchase, you'll receive 2 emails that will help you log into the access the course. One email will include your log in credentials and will provide you a link that you will then create your password which you'll use to access the course.

    Your login, or your “user name”, will be the email address that you sign up with. 

    Your password will be need to be created by you when you click the password link in the first email. Don't worry, you can always ask the site to remember your password once you create it so you don't have to remember it. You can also always click "forgot password" if you ever do need to reset it or make a new one.
