About Me.

Greetings! I'm Shawn. I'm a second-generation physical therapist, following in my father’s footsteps. Growing up hearing and seeing the impact that physical therapy had on my dad's patients, my family’s life, and even my own life, I knew I wanted to help people by becoming a physical therapist. In my experience in various settings including hospitals, rehabilitation facilities and clinics, and home health, I have led educational seminars for patients, caregivers, and health care professionals on how physical therapy can help various muscular and neuromuscular conditions.

I believe that providing you with key foundational pieces of information on your ailments is vital in helping you understand how to move forward. Likewise, I believe that if you don’t understand the reason why you are performing a specific technique or exercise, you are far less likely to follow through with it.
